What is the capacity for a wedding ceremony and wedding reception at Wasing Park?
Up to 140 guests can be accommodated in the Garden Room for a civil or partnership ceremony, and the parish church can seat up to 100 guests. The Castle Barn can seat up to 150 guests for a wedding breakfast and up to 200 guests for an evening reception. Couples wanting an outdoor ceremony can enjoy this part of their day in the Victorian Summerhouse.
Does Wasing Park have rooms for guest to stay, how many and at what price?
The Stables Lodge has 10 stylish en-suite bedrooms for guests plus a luxurious Honeymoon Suite for the wedding couple. All 11 bedrooms can be hired from £1,550 for a wedding in 2012. Hire of the Honeymoon Suite only is optional for those booking a Sun-Thurs wedding.

Is there an extra charge for exclusive use of the venue?
Couples can enjoy their wedding day in complete privacy as exclusive use is given to all wedding bookings. There is no extra charge for this.

Hire prices for Wasing Park vary depending on the day, month and year of your wedding. Hire prices for 2012 start from £1,950.
What would a typical menu be at Wasing Park?
Galloping Gourmet are the caterers and Events Team at Wasing Park. They offer 3 different packages for you to choose from; Standard, Deluxe and Premier. Prices for a Standard package in 2012 start from £50 + Vat to include a 3 course meal and drinks package. Once couples have booked their catering they are invited to a complimentary Tasting Event where they can sample the food. Couples can expect to enjoy the following sample menu at one of our Tasting Events:

A Wedding co-ordinator is always on hand at Wasing Park to answer questions and talk to you about your wedding ideas and offer guidance and support. The venue’s Events Team are also available to talk to about the running of your day and your menu. They will help set up the barn with any decorations that you might have and will ensure that your day runs smoothly.
